    New studio "Sunlandiya" in Svetlogorsk!

    Our new studio is the perfect place for a comfortable stay, both for a romantic weekend and for a family vacation. The studio combines modern style and homely comfort, having everything you need for a pleasant stay. 

    The apartments are located in a peaceful area of the Kaliningrad region, surrounded by nature. It is only 10-15 minutes on foot to the sea through a beautiful forest, and 15 minutes to the city center. There is everything you need nearby: a train station, a bus stop, shops, the Baden Aqua Spa, the Yantar Hall concert hall, parks, the Brachert Museum, the Amber Period Park and Lake Tikhoe.

    For a comfortable stay there are: a double bed and a pull-out sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and shower. Bed linen, towels and hygiene products are provided free of charge.

    This studio in Svetlogorsk is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a seaside town!

    This simplifies the check-in process by reducing the waiting time at the reception and allowing you to immediately receive room keys or access to a mobile application.

    Online registration is available only for Russian citizens.

    Contactless check-in

    Contactless check-in is the process of checking into a hotel without direct interaction with the staff. The administrator sends you a link to the online registration via messenger, and after completing it successfully, you will be sent all the necessary information (codes, numbers) to enter the apartment.
    In the future, the administrator will be in touch with you via any messenger convenient for you.
